By using our site and registering for events, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration for events

2.1. To participate in master classes and other events, you need to fill out a registration form on the site, indicated valid contact data.

2.2. Registration is considered completed after receiving confirmation from the organizer.

2.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons.

3. Payment of services

3.1. The cost of participation in events is indicated in the description of each event.

3.2. Payment is made according to the details provided by the organizer after confirmation of registration.

3.3. The participant must pay for the service within 48 hours after confirmation of registration, unless otherwise agreed with the organizer.

4. Cancellation and refund

4.1. The participant can cancel his registration no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

4.2. If registration is canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the event, no refund will be made.

4.3. In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, 100% of the cost will be returned to the participant.

4.4. The organizer reserves the right to postpone the date and time of the event with notification participants in at least 24 hours.

5. Rights and obligations of participants

5.1. The participant undertakes to observe the rules of conduct at the event and follow the instructions of the organizer.

5.2. The participant is responsible for the safety of his personal belongings.

5.3. The organizer is not responsible for the health of the participants. If present, it is contraindicated before participating in the event, the participant must inform about it in advance.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All materials on the site, including texts, images, logos and design, are recognized intellectual property of BeduhoffArt.

6.2. Copying, distribution and use of site materials without written permission is prohibited permission of the right holder.

6.3. The participants of the events agree to photo and video shooting within the framework of the events and them further use by the organizer for advertising purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The organizer is not responsible for technical failures on the site and impossibility of access to information

7.2. The organizer is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including location owners, where events are held.

8. Change of conditions

The organizer reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is always available on the site. Continued use of the site after registration changes means your acceptance of the new terms.
